Dental Insurance is different from Medical Insurance. Many patients aren’t familiar with the specifics of their dental insurance benefits. Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. Please review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to better understand the benefits they make available as part of your insurance coverage.

An estimate of the amount you will be reimbursed by your insurance carrier can be obtained by having our office send in a “predetermination of benefit” for the procedures which may be involved in your treatment. After treatment and after you pay your bill to us in full we will file your insurance claim so that you can be reimbursed from your insurance company.
